Epic Bounce Empire Rental Policies

To ensure the safety of all participants and to protect our equipment, the Customer agrees to the following yard preparation and sanitation requirements before delivery and setup:
Yard Preparation Requirements
- The setup area must be clean, and free of any hazards, including but not limited to rocks, sticks, branches, holes, debris, toys, garden tools, or any sharp objects.
- The Customer is responsible for identifying and notifying Epic Bounce Empire of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, irrigation lines, invisible fences, or other underground obstacles prior to setup.
- A clear path of access must be provided for delivery and pickup of equipment.
Cleanliness & Sanitation Requirements
- The setup area must be free of all pet and animal waste prior to delivery.
- Any pet or animal feces discovered upon arrival must be cleaned and removed by the Customer before setup can begin.
- If excessive pet waste, unsanitary conditions, mud, standing water, excessive dirt, or hazardous conditions are present, Epic Bounce Empire reserves the right to delay setup, refuse service, or cancel the rental without refund.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment around the inflatable throughout the rental period.
- No food, drinks, gum, candy, face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, or staining substances are permitted inside the inflatable equipment.
Pricing & Payment Policy
- Payment in full is required prior to delivery and setup of any rental equipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Epic Bounce Empire.
- Accepted payment methods include those listed by Epic Bounce Empire at the time of booking.
- Failure to provide payment before delivery may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
- We understand that plans can change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for rescheduling or refund according to company policy.
- No refunds will be issued after equipment has been delivered and set up.
- For the safety of all participants, Epic Bounce Empire reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule rentals due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to:
-High winds
-Thunderstorms
-Lightning
-Heavy rain
-Tornado warnings
-Other hazardous weather conditions
- In the event of severe weather, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their rental to a mutually agreed upon date, subject to availability.
Safety decisions related to weather are made solely at the discretion of Epic Bounce Empire.
Safety Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following rules must be followed at all times:
1. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
2. Remove shoes before entering the inflatable.
3. No food, drinks, gum, candy, or snacks inside the inflatable.
4. No pets, animals, sharp objects, jewelry, face paint, glitter, confetti, or silly string.
5. No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, pushing, or horseplay.
6. Participants should be grouped by similar age and size whenever possible.
7. Do not exceed the posted occupancy or weight limits.
8. Do not climb, hang, or sit on the walls, netting, or safety barriers.
9. Keep entrance and exit areas clear at all times.
10. Immediately stop use and exit the inflatable during rain, lightning, strong winds, power loss or any unsafe conditions.
11. Do not move, alter, or tamper with the inflatable, blower, stakes, or anchoring systems.
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
12. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
13. Children should use the slides one at a time and must not climb on the sides of slide.
14. Slides should be used in a sitting position, feet first, do not allow jumping from the top of the slide.
Privacy Practice
Epic Bounce Empire is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Epic Bounce Empire as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Damage and/or Injury
Neither Epic Bounce Empire nor any of its employees, agents or contractors shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position any party rental in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage.
Rental Period
The rental period for the Rental Equipment begins on the agreed upon rental start date and time and ends on the agreed upon rental return date and time as specified in the rental agreement.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that these risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Collisions with other participants or equipment
- Sprains, strains, cuts, bruises, fractures, and broken bones
- Neck, head, or spinal injuries
- Drowning or water-related injuries associated with water attractions
- Equipment failure resulting from misuse or unforeseeable circumstances
- Injuries resulting from weather conditions, including wind, rain, or lightning
- Injuries caused by the actions or negligence of other participants
- Property damage or personal property loss
On behalf of myself, all participants, guests, invitees, minors, and any other individuals using the rented equipment during the rental period, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the use of the rented equipment.
I acknowledge that Epic Bounce Empire has provided safety instructions and operating guidelines, and I agree to strictly follow and enforce all safety rules and supervision requirements throughout the rental period.
I understand that operating a cotton candy/snowcone machine involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Burns from heated components
- Electrical shock
- Cuts or injuries resulting from improper use
- Property damage
- Personal injury resulting from operator error or misuse
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation and use of the rented cotton candy machine and accept full responsibility for ensuring safe operation during the rental period.
I further understand that failure to follow safety instructions, occupancy limits, weather restrictions, or supervision requirements may substantially increase the risk of injury.
Cotton Candy/SnowCone Machine
- The cotton candy/ snowcone machine must be operated by a responsible adult (18 years of age or older) at all times.
- The machine must be placed on a stable, level, and dry surface.
- The machine must only be operated according to the instructions provided by Epic Bounce Empire.
- Do not move or transport the machine while it is plugged in or operating.
- Keep hands, fingers, clothing, jewelry, hair, and other objects away from the spinning head while the machine is in operation.
- Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the machine.
- Certain components of the cotton candy/Snowcone machine may become hot during operation.
- Operators should avoid contact with heated surfaces.
- Never leave the machine unattended while in use.
- Keep the machine away from flammable materials, decorations, curtains, or combustible substances.
- The Customer agrees to maintain a clean operating area.
- The machine must be protected from rain, excessive moisture, dirt, insects, pets, and animal waste.
- Customers should immediately discontinue use if the machine becomes contaminated or damaged.
- Never touch the blades.
- Do not place anything other than ice into the shaving compartment of snowcone machine.
- Do not place anything other than the provided cotton cnady sugar into instructed location for the cotton candy sugar.
The Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage resulting from:
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Exposure to water or weather damage
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Theft, loss, or vandalism
- Excessive cleaning due to neglect or contamination
Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply.
Covenant Not to Sue
In consideration of renting equipment from Epic Bounce Empire, I agree not to file or pursue any legal action against Epic Bounce Empire, its owners, employees, or representatives for any claims arising from the use of the rented equipment, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
I understand that I am voluntarily assuming the risks associated with the use of the equipment and agree that this Covenant Not to Sue is a material part of this Rental Agreement.
Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for renting equipment from Epic Bounce Empire, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Epic Bounce Empire, its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action arising from or related to the rental, operation, use, misuse, transportation, or possession of the cotton candy machine.
This release includes claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epic Bounce Empire from any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, attorney fees, or expenses arising from:
- The use or misuse of the rented equipment;
- Injuries to participants, guests, or third parties;
- Damage to property;
- Failure to follow safety instructions or operating procedures.
