  • Yes! We handle delivery, setup, safety inspection, and pickup.

  • Safety is our top priority. Rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.

  • No. We provide upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

  • We recommend at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides and overhead clearance free of trees, wires, or structures.

  • Absolutely! Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.

  • No. Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, paints, silly string and pets are not permitted inside.

  • Please remove personal items and trash from the inflatable before our arrival.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and summer months. Popular inflatables can book out weeks in advance.

  • We service Surf City, Hampstead, Holly Ridge, Snead Ferry, Rocky Point. We will service up to 35 miles from Surf City. Anything over 35 miles may require a delivery fee.

  • Our standard rental period is 6 hours. We will contact you to confirm your delivery and pickup times prior to your event. Depending on our delivery schedule, we may arrive earlier than your reserved start time at no additional charge. You will only be billed for your scheduled rental period, regardless of any early delivery.
